I bought this after a trip to Jerusalem and in the wake of the Transfer of the US Embassy to Jerusalem. It seems thoroughly researched and very well written. A bit heavy going, especially when English is not your first language, but well written', and the style seems just right for the educated lay Person.I like how the book appears to illuminate all sides of the Story, of which there are many on a topic like Jerusalem.It is in classic chronological order without fuss or Gimmicks, and I am enjoying it very much.
Es wird einem so manches klar wie die europäischen Religionen zu dem wurden was sie sind und warum das Blutvergiessen um Jerusalem nie enden wird odervwerden kann. Das Buch lässt nichts aus aus der Geschichte dieser Stadt bis heute.
