Das Buch in sich ist sehr interessant geschrieben und interessant zu lesen. Aber der Grund für Bestellung war Investitionen zu erlernen. Alles was im Buch beschrieben ist bezieht sich auf 50-70 Jahre des vergangenen Jahrhunderts. Damals konnte man mit 500 USD noch Motel kaufen...Also, gut zu wissen aber nichts für heute.
